Mobile Device Management (MDM) Terms of Service Organization: BraveHeart Initiative (BHI) Website: www.braveheartinitiative.org Last Updated: October 12, 2025 1. Purpose This policy outlines the terms of use for devices enrolled in BraveHeart Initiative’s Mobile Device Management (MDM) system. Enrollment enables secure access to organizational resources such as email, files, applications, and internal services. 2. Scope These terms apply to all employees, volunteers, consultants, and partners who access BraveHeart Initiative resources using organization-owned or personally owned devices. 3. Enrollment and Compliance By enrolling a device in BraveHeart Initiative’s MDM, you agree that the device configuration, security policies, and apps may be managed by BHI IT administrators. Access to corporate data requires compliance with organizational security requirements (e.g., passcode, encryption, antivirus, and supported OS version). Non-compliant devices may be restricted or removed from access to organizational data. 4. Data Collection and Privacy The MDM system may collect device information such as: Device model, OS version, serial number, and security posture Installed apps (limited to work profiles on BYOD devices) Compliance status and network connectivity details No personal content (e.g., photos, messages, personal emails, browsing history) is accessed or stored by the organization. 5. User Responsibilities Maintain device security (password, updates, etc.). Immediately report lost or stolen devices. Avoid installing unapproved or high-risk applications on managed devices. 6. Organization Rights Enforce compliance or remove non-compliant devices. Remotely wipe corporate data if a device is lost, stolen, or compromised. Modify these terms when necessary to align with updated security or legal requirements. 7. Acknowledgment By continuing with MDM enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
